A plug is normally related to electricity and therefore also to danger. Parents are afraid to let their children come to close to those. Touching them is not a safe feeling. Plugs work all without electricity, these just use the advantages of the plug in the Wall as a place where you easily can adjust things. Every room has these and why not using them as a holder in a wall? electricity goes in the background and the holding ability shows the plug in a different angle.
